Googong’s upcoming land release – Vista – is desirable enough with its sought-after location close to the local park, the future neighbourhood shops, local schools and Club Googong, but the real show stopper? The stunning views of the Molonglo Ranges.
These lots will be released for sale on the forecourt of Club Googong, Beltana Avenue, Googong, just a short drive south east of Jerrabomberra, off Old Cooma Road..
The release will commence 9am and conclude at 12 noon on Saturday 1 February. Be quick to stake your claim.
We are excited that this will be our first release held at Googong. As the final touches are being made, Club Googong won’t be open to the public on the day of the release but it’s not far off! We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we’re open for business.
