Construction of Googong North – the first of five neighbourhoods that will eventually make up the township of Googong – is well underway as you can see.
The streets are well defined and you can make out the first oval (at the top right of the image), which will be adjacent to the Kinder-Year 12 Anglican School. Googong North will also include Beltana Park and Club Googong (with 25m indoor pool, kids splash deck, gym, tennis courts, cafe, general store).
Housing construction has commenced and the first residents will be moving in after October this year.
