After ten years of planning, our first sales release is finally drawing closer, and Patricia Hepburn has joined our team to lead the sales program at Googong.
“There’s an enormous amount of work to do on a project of this size,” she says. It’s taken many years and a lot of hard work to get to this point. We want to ensure that when sales begin, all our planning and preparations are in place and that the process is as smooth as possible.”
A Vision Seminar will be held in mid February to provide an overview of the town, its facilities and some of the features that will make it such a unique opportunity for the region. “This will be a great chance to hear a comprehensive presentation from our project team on the town and why it has already gained such interest and recognition from the development industry nationally,” she says, “so we expect attendees will include people with a general interest in Googong, as well as people who are keen to become one of our first residents.”
The sales process will commence after the Vision Seminar, and we will be sure to keep you advised over the coming weeks of the key dates in this process. We also plan to share with you the price ranges for our first release before Christmas, so that you can consider your options in advance of the sales program commencing in February next year.
In preparation of this program, Patricia will get in touch with each of you to introduce herself, talk through project progress and to discuss your particular requirements.
“It’s really important that we talk to everyone who has indicated an interest in Googong to see how we can help meet their needs,” she says. “The process will take me a while, but it is my intention to speak to everyone who has registered with us.”
