CYCLING AUSTRALIA NATIONAL ROAD SERIES 18/9/15

The 2015 Subaru National Road Series National Capital Tour kicks off this Friday with a Time Trial leg at Googong.

The grueling 7.4km short course will commence at 12 noon adjacent to The Anglican School Googong. Riders will travel through the township turning right onto Googong Road and dropping down 125m to the Googong Dam wall, before turning around and climbing back up to the start.

Spectators are welcome to view the race anywhere along Caragh Avenue Googong, and down Googong Road to the dam. However, you should be advised that road closures will be in place during the day, and access will be restricted to race breaks only. Please follow the advice of race organisers at all times.

WHAT:
Cycling Australia’s 2015 Subaru National Road Series National Capital Tour Time Trial.

WHERE:
The start and finish of the race is at the corner of Caragh Avenue and Gorman Drive Googong NSW, near The Anglican School Googong.

WHEN:
Friday 18 September 2015.
Women’s race commences at 10am. Men’s race commences 12 noon. Event concludes approx 3.30pm.

This is a significant and nationally televised event and we are delighted to be selected as a showcase venue, and encourage you to come along and support some of Australia’s best road cyclists.
