Our vision for a self-contained township at Googong creates many opportunities for us to partner with people and organisations who want to be part of the project as it progresses.
Right now, we are calling for expressions of interest from suitably qualified builders to work with us to develop Lifestyle Housing – detached or attached houses on lots less than 330m2 and down to 170m2. Freestanding terrace-style houses on these smaller lots will be a key element of Lifestyle Housing at Googong.
We want to find:
- Partner builders – a select panel of builders who will partner with Googong Township Pty Ltd to provide a range of quality Lifestyle house and land packages under a license fee arrangement.
- Spec builders – who will build and develop their own Lifestyle product at Googong.
