2015 TO START WITH A BANG!

2014 has been a huge year for the new township of Googong. We saw our first residents move in and the Display Village, Club Googong, Beltana Park, Rockley Oval and Dog Park all open. The Anglican School Googong commenced construction and will welcome its very first students in February 2015.

We have sold over 813 lots in the township to date. Around 100 homes have been completed and there are a further 175 currently under construction. The first 300 residents have moved in and will shortly be celebrating their first Christmas in the township.

2015 will be another big year.

In late January we will hold our next terrace release, and in the second quarter of 2015 we will hold a new land release. We currently have two homes ready to move into and open for inspection, a choice of lots available to purchase, and our builders have house and land packages available now that make the decision easy.

2015 will start with a BANG as we host our first Googfest event on Saturday 7 February 2015. This FREE concert will feature X-Factor winner, Dami Im live in concert, as well as X-Factor contender Mary Ann Van Der Horst and local bands Big Boss Groove and Lavers.
