Draft Development Control Plan on exhibition
CIC Australia has been working closely with Queanbeyan City Council in preparation of the draft Development Control Plan (DCP) for the new town of Googong. Queanbeyan City Council unveiled the draft DCP yesterday, which is on public exhibition at the Queanbeyan Library to 20 August 2010. The draft DCP is a comprehensive set of guidelines for the development of the town over the next 20 to 25 years. Its release represents a critical milestone in the town's development, and we are delighted that this is now on exhibition.
